Data Storage System for Automated Driving, In vehicles equipped with high-level autonomous driving systems such as L3, L4, and L5, DSSAD records and stores a series of timestamped data during autonomous driving. In the event of a major safety-related incident, clear data on the interaction between the driver and the system can be provided before and after the incident, so as to confirm whether it is the driver or the system that is performing the control driving task, and whether the driving task is actually being performed.
The composition of the vehicle end system
DSSAD,The vehicle-end system communicates with the autonomous driving domain controller and CAN gateway to collect and store data from automotive sensors, autonomous driving systems, vehicle actuators, and in-vehicle communication. It can also upload data elements to the cloud storage via T-BOX and supports data extraction and parsing by the PC end.

Realize the data communication between the data extraction client (PC) and the data recording end (DSSAD), as well as the analysis of the extracted data.
Data extraction: Data transmission is accomplished through the DoIP/UDS automotive diagnostic protocol (ISO 13400 / ISO 14229), and data storage is carried out via a database.
Data analysis: Based on the data storage database, through the built-in data analysis tools, event analysis, statistics and judgment are conducted on the data extracted by DSSAD.
