The Aurix Tc397 ASIL-D-class MCU supports multiple interfaces such as GMSL, vehicle Ethernet, CAN, RS232, and GPI, and can be connected to peripheral units such as high-definition digital cameras, lidars, millimeter-wave radars, ultrasonic radars, and high-precision positioning modules. The Orin-X module is responsible for processing data from cameras and lidar, and combines data from millimeter-wave radar, ultrasonic radar, GNSS/IMU, etc. to achieve environmental perception and decision-making for autonomous driving. The Safety MCU is responsible for the line control interaction at the execution layer.
