1 Product Overview

  1.1 Product Description

  The AutoCabin-C01 remote cockpit system kit is equipped with a real-vehicle steering wheel, accelerator pedal and front-rear adjustable seat to restore an authentic driving feel. It is internally configured with a host computer and a high-definition graphics card, and equipped with four 23.8-inch displays to create a wrap-around visual effect and an immersive real-time on-site driving simulation experience. An 11.6-inch high-definition touch screen is also provided to balance professionalism and usability.

  It is mainly used in scenarios such as unmanned sanitation, unmanned logistics, unmanned mining, unmanned ports, driverless taxis, unmanned shared vehicles, intelligent construction machinery and wheeled robots, enabling remote vehicle driving and remote operation control.

The cockpit subsystem consists of a cockpit host, remote driving console, remote simulated driving kit, remote driving display screen, touch screen, and other components. Voice communication terminal equipment is available as an optional expansion.

2 Hardware Design

The hardware design block diagram of the AutoCabin-C01 remote driving cockpit is shown in Figure 2-1. The remote driving cockpit mainly comprises a remote driving console, remote driving host, display screens, touch screen, voice communication terminal, and simulated driving kit. The hardware design complies with requirements such as automotive-grade compliance, functional safety, and information security. After years of development, our company has achieved "technology platformization and product standardization", allowing for rapid vehicle model adaptation and project implementation.
